Information we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us. If you fill in our contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, and the contents of your message. Contact form messages are handled for us by Formcarry, which stores them on servers in Frankfurt, Germany, and forwards them to us by email. This website does not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How we use it

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and to correspond with you about potential or ongoing work. We do not share it with third parties except where necessary to deliver a service you have requested, or where required by law.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no cookies and does no advertising or cross-site tracking. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, run by our hosting provider, to count page views and measure how quickly pages load. It records the page visited, the referring site, the country, and the browser and device type. It does not use cookies or other storage on your device, and it does not fingerprint visitors or track them across sites.

Data retention

We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email hello@quantclimate.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
